Returns

• All original tags must be attached, tags cannot be removed and reattached. 

• Returns must be registered within 14 days.

• The return form must be completed to notify us of the return.

• The package must be shipped within 14 days.

Refunds

• Full refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card.

• Refunds can be issued to the original payment method, excluding return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 business days.

• Free return shipping is only available when refunded in the form of a gift card; in this case, return shipping costs will not be deducted. If refunded to the original payment method, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Invalid Returns

The return may be declined. In that case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs back to you.
